​This incredible salad and dressing is one I made when I had cancer and beyond. I treated myself holistically and healed myself in 5 months. Anyone can eat this healthy salad and benefit from it. I know that it is important to include onions, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper since they are blood cleansers to your diet. The body is acidic when cancer is present and it is important to eat raw veggies to change the chemistry from acidic to alkaline. Also it is soooo very important, and please get this, ELIMINATE ALL SUGAR from your diet because sugar exacerbates the growth of tumors. Read labels. Educate yourself. ​KALE & SPROUT SALAD
Place 1 bunch of torn Kale in a bowl (leaves only, discard the stems). Add one handful each of sunflower sprouts, pea sprouts, mung bean sprouts and 1/2 cup of chopped raw almonds or raw cashews. When adding the dressing below, massage it into the leaves with your hands. Kale tends to be bitter to the taste and gently massaging the leaves with dressing creates a delicious and sweet taste. Soooo healthy, soooo alkaline.
​CREAMY CASHEW DRESSING
In a food processor (or you can use a blender) add 1 cup of Raw Cashews which have been soaked in warm water for 30 minutes. One Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 chopped small Onion, 1 small clove Garlic minced, 1 teaspoon Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetener (purchased at any Whole Foods Market), 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar, the zest of one lemon, 1 Tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard and 1/2 - 1 Teaspoon Braggs Liquid Amino (available at any supermarket). Blend well. If it is too thick, add water.
Lastly if you're brave, a little cayenne pepper for a zing.
