Today I'm giving some more information to people who have cancer and are battling this illness. Even if you don't (thank goodness) have this dreadful illness, this list of foods that are some of the highest antioxidant foods can benefit anyone. It is about healing HOLISTICALLY, meaning supporting the body, mind and spirit to heal. Your body wants to heal and you have to give it the right environment to do so. Eliminate the sugar, please. It is a number one killer. If you have cancer, your #1 priority is to let go of what isn't working in your diet and add that which works. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to heal your body holistically. Healing, healing, healing is what this is all about, not just the fact that I am providing fun recipes. Keep the fun in all of it and keep your body healthy. This is for everyone and it definitely wouldn't hurt to add all of these cancer fighters to your regular diet. When I had cancer I even eliminated the low natural sugar fruits in this list. For more information please visit my website at www.holistic-cooking.org.
HEALING CANCER HOLISTICALLY
Just like scurvy that was cured by Vitamin C, cancer is a deficiency of Vitamin B17 or Amygdalin. The greatest treatment and preventative for this deficiency not only requires B17 in pill form but eating valuable foods which contain B17. The highest source of B17 in nature are the stones and seeds of apples, peaches, apricot kernels and pears. B17 is very controversial however since I am not a doctor and don't suggest anything your doctor may not prescribe, I can only offer those things holistically that worked for me and others that I have known. Please don't think I am suggesting B17 as a cure for you. I just want to give you some information which you can read more about.
The following is a list of foods:
Fruits & Nuts

Raspberries
Cashews
Mulberries
Macadamia
Blackberries
Blueberries
Strawberries
Almonds

Sprouts

Sunflower Sprouts
Bean Sprouts
Pea Sprouts
Wheatgrass
Lentil Sprouts

Grains

Sorghum
Millet
Oat Groats
Brown Rice
Rye
Buckwheat Groats
Barley Groats
Seeds, Beans & Miscellaneous

Flax Seeds
Fava Beans

Sesame Seeds
Lima Beans

Linseed
Brewer’s Yeast
NOTE: I am not a doctor. I know a lot about food. With regard to B17, I only talk about it because it has worked for me. The fruits above are the lowest in natural sugar content if you need to watch your sugar intake. When I had cancer I didn't even eat the above fruits.
